Missing In Action

These last several weeks I have become a member of two new clubs. The first is the JP Motor Pool. Actually, you have to be 18 to be part of that club so my Mom became a member for me. The Jurassic Park Motor Pool is a club for owners of replica, tribute and in-progress Jurassic Park™/Jurassic World™ vehicles. When you are in the process of building your vehicle like I am, you apply to become a member of their workshop group. They have all kinds of information on how to do my vehicle as well as all the specs, stencils, decals, etc. I will need to complete my Jurassic Park Jeep. Then, once I am done with my build, I graduate and become part of the official members group. Let’s just say I have a long way to go to get to that group.

The second club I officially became a part of is the “I Have No More Money To Put in My Jeep” club. That’s the reason I have not blogged in so long- I havent ben able to do anything! Not nearly as cool as the JP Motor Pool. That means for now my time will be spent making lists of the “want tos” and “need tos” until I can work to earn some more cash. School really makes that a pain, but summer is coming soon which means showing sheep, mowing lawns, and working on the farm. So far on my Jeep wish list…

  • Buy a new sway bar

  • Buy a new hood (it’s all rusted and dented)

  • Buy a new dashboard

  • Buy new wheels (The ones I have can’t be painted and I want the correct wheels for my model)

  • Bleed and work on the Brakes

  • Buy New Fenders

  • Body work, Body Work, BODY WORK

  • All before I have it painted!

Current Jeep Cost Total: $3840.87
